After completing the regular season on Friday night with a 56-14 win at Hatch Valley the Socorro Warrior football team was selected as the #2 in the NMAA 3-A playoffs behind undefeated Raton. The Warriors won their 4th consecutive District 3 championship with a 3-0 district mark and 9-1 overall record. Raton earned the #1 seed by finishing with a 14-0 win at St. Michael’s on Saturday to run their record to 10-0. The top four seeds get byes into the quarterfinal round which will be played at their home fields. The Warriors will play the winner of the game between #7 seed Cuba and #10 seed Dexter either November 12th or 13th at Warrior Stadium. Check out the complete bracket for the playoffs below.
