The Socorro Warrior basketball has won 10 in a row and was rewarded with the #1 seed in the NMAA 3A Basketball Tournament and will host Tucumcari on Saturday. If they win they will also host the quarterfinal game on March 9th. As expected the defending 1A champion Magdalena Steers are the #1 seed and will host Ramah on Saturday to begin their run for a second consecutive championship.
