The Lady Warrior basketball team will host West Las Vegas on Friday in Socorro in the 1st round of the NMAA State Basketball Tournament. The Lady Warriors defeated Hatch 50-38 on Saturday to win the district tournament championship and claim their 7th win in a row. The enter the state tournament with a 17-6 record.
The Magdalena Lady Steers are the #10 seed in 1A. They will travel to #7 Maxwell. Alamo is the #12 seed and they will travel to Gateway Christian.
