Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham announced in a press conference on Thursday afternoon a new public health order that will go into effect on July 13th that eliminates indoor dining, bans all out of state visitors for state parks, requires the wearing of masks at all time in public (except when eating), cancels fall contact sports (soccer and football) while non-contact sports are still under review, but will likely have delayed starts to their seasons. She also announced that school reopening depends on containing the virus and if schools do not reopen there will be no fall sports.
