Dona Ana (266), Bernalillo (197), Eddy (53), Lea (53), San Juan (52), McKinley (38), Chaves (37), Santa Fe (37), Cibola (36), Sandoval (36), Luna (35), Otero (25), Curry (24), Valencia (21), Eddy (19), Roosevelt (19), Rio Arriba (16), and Taos (10) counties all had more than ten new cases.

Socorro and bordering counties: Socorro County 289/16 deaths (174 active cases), Catron 10/1 (3 active cases), Cibola 730/25 (375 active cases), Lincoln 410/6 (241 active cases), Sierra 141/1 (102 active cases), Torrance 121/1 (55 active cases) , Valencia 1141/5 (668 active cases.) There have been 71 cases in zip code 87801 (City of Socorro.) The number of active cases is unknown.

Harding County has no active cases.

Hispanics/Latinos make up 43% of positive and Native Americans make up 22% of positive cases in New Mexico.

Those over 70 years old make up 7.95% of all positive cases in NM while accounting for 59% of all deaths in the state.

Those over the age of 50 make up 89% of the deaths from COVID-19 while making up only 30% of all cases. Of those that are under 50 years old only 0.35% have died.
