These are the latest COVID-19 statistics for New Mexico:

Bernalillo County with 63 new cases, McKinley with 35, Dona Ana and San Juan with 22 were the counties with the most new cases. Bernalillo (113), McKinley (219) and San Juan (179) account for 80% of all deaths in New Mexico.

Socorro and bordering counties: Socorro County 73/5 (26 active cases), Catron 4/1 (3 active case), Cibola 318/17 (167 active cases), Lincoln 91/1 (80 active cases), Sierra 28/0 (21 active cases), Torrence 59/1(38 active cases) , Valencia 342/4 (217 active cases)

De Baca is the only county to have had no cases of COVID-19. Harding county has no active cases.

Hispanics/Latinos each make up 40% of positive and Native Americans make up 37% of positive cases in New Mexico.

Those over the age of 50 make up 90% of the deaths from COVID-19 and while making up only 31% of all cases. Of those that are under 50 years old only 0.47% have died. If there are no underlying medical conditions present only 0.07% have died.

No one under the age of 20 that has tested positive for COVID-19 has died. Of positive tests for those under thirty only 0.07% have died.

84% of those that have died from COVID-19 also had underlying medical conditions.
