Bernalillo (337), Dona Ana (133), San Juan (102), Sandoval (72), Lea (64), McKinley (63), Santa Fe (51) Valencia (46), Eddy (44), San Miguel (38), Chaves (36), Rio Arriba (20), Luna (19), Roosevelt (17), Curry (16), Mora (15), Grant (14), Socorro (12), and Torrance (12) counties all had more than ten cases.

Socorro and bordering counties: Socorro County 889/40 deaths (460 active cases), Catron 55/3 (36 active cases), Cibola 2083/64 (1,060 active cases), Lincoln 987/10 (485 active cases), Sierra 500/27 (280 active cases), Torrance 451/3 (296 active cases) , Valencia 4583/57 (2,972 active cases.) There have been 393 cases in zip code 87801 (City of Socorro.) The number of active cases is unknown.

Those over 70 years old make up 7.92% of all positive cases in NM while accounting for 60% of all deaths in the state. The case fatality rate for those over 70 is 12.76%.

Those over the age of 50 make up 90% of the deaths from COVID-19 while making up only 31% of all cases. Of those that are under 50 years old only 0.25% have died. Those under 50 with no UMCs make up 1.78% of all deaths in New Mexico.
