Bernalillo (293), San Juan (96), Dona Ana (72), Sandoval (51), Santa Fe (43), McKinley (41), Lea (35), Valencia (28), Chaves (27), Eddy (19), Taos (19), Roosevelt (17), San Miguel (15), Cibola (13), Grant (11) Otero (11), Curry (10), and Rio Arriba (10) counties all had more than ten cases.

Socorro and bordering counties: Socorro County 872/40 deaths (459 active cases), Catron 55/3 (37 active cases), Cibola 2022/61 (1,039 active cases), Lincoln 974/10 (469 active cases), Sierra 491/27 (277 active cases), Torrance 434/3 (286 active cases) , Valencia 4502/52 (2,975 active cases.) There have been 386 cases in zip code 87801 (City of Socorro.) The number of active cases is unknown.

Those over 70 years old make up 7.90% of all positive cases in NM while accounting for 60% of all deaths in the state. The case fatality rate for those over 70 is 12.74%.

Those over the age of 50 make up 90% of the deaths from COVID-19 while making up only 31% of all cases. Of those that are under 50 years old only 0.25% have died. Those under 50 with no UMCs make up 1.74% of all deaths in New Mexico.

Three people under the age of 20 that have tested positive for COVID-19 have died. Of positive tests for those under 30 only 0.054% have died.
