Bernalillo (895), Dona Ana (198), Santa Fe (181), Sandoval (178), Lea (105), San Juan (105), McKinley (97), Valencia (92), Chaves (78), Otero (76), Curry (50), Rio Arriba (41), Eddy (38), Cibola (37), Roosevelt (21), Luna (20), San Miguel (19), Socorro (17), Colfax (15), and Taos (10) counties all had more than ten cases.

Socorro and bordering counties: Socorro County 640/27 deaths (376 active cases), Catron 37/1 (28 active cases), Cibola 1,692/44 (1065 active cases), Lincoln 790/8 (503 active cases), Sierra 345/6 (266 active cases), Torrance 324/2 (223 active cases) , Valencia 3,132/27 (2371 active cases.) There have been 259 cases in zip code 87801 (City of Socorro.) The number of active cases is unknown.

Those over 70 years old make up 7.77% of all positive cases in NM while accounting for 60% of all deaths in the state. The case fatality rate for those over 60 is 12.31%.

Those over the age of 50 make up 89% of the deaths from COVID-19 while making up only 30% of all cases. Of those that are under 50 years old only 0.25% have died.
