Bernalillo County with 32 new cases and Dona Ana County with 21 were the counties with the most new cases. Bernalillo (128), McKinley (224) and San Juan (182) account for 78% of all deaths in New Mexico.

Socorro and bordering counties: Socorro County 73/6 (23 active cases), Catron 5/1 (4 active case), Cibola 362/18 (179 active cases), Lincoln 125/1 (104 active cases), Sierra 31/0 (23 active cases), Torrence 61/1(37 active cases) , Valencia 406/4 (249 active cases)

De Baca is the only county to have had no cases of COVID-19. Harding county has no active cases.

Hispanics/Latinos make up 42% of positive and Native Americans make up 35% of positive cases in New Mexico.

Those over the age of 50 make up 90% of the deaths from COVID-19 while making up only 31% of all cases. Of those that are under 50 years old only 0.46% have died. If there are no underlying medical conditions present only 0.065% have died.

Those over the age of 70 make up 8% of all positive cases in the state and 59% of all deaths from COVID-19 in New Mexico. Those over 60 make up 17% of all positive cases in the state and 77% of all deaths from COVID-19 in New Mexico.

No one under the age of 20 that has tested positive for COVID-19 has died. Of positive tests for those under thirty only 0.063% have died. Those under the age of 30 account for 36% of positive cases in the state and 0.7% of all deaths from COVID-19 in New Mexico.
