Bernalillo County (31), Dona Ana (20), Chaves (15), McKinley (15), Lea (14), and San Juan (10) counties had the most new cases. Bernalillo (155), McKinley (242) and San Juan (190) account for 76% of all deaths in New Mexico.

Socorro and bordering counties: Socorro County 77/6 (22 active cases), Catron 5/1 (2 active case), Cibola 397/20 (162 active cases), Lincoln 166/2 (104 active cases), Sierra 37/1 (24 active cases), Torrence 63/1(34 active cases) , Valencia 506/4 (231 active cases)

De Baca is the only county to have had no cases of COVID-19. Harding County has no active cases.

Hispanics/Latinos make up 44% of positive and Native Americans make up 32% of positive cases in New Mexico.

Those over the age of 50 make up 89% of the deaths from COVID-19 while making up only 31% of all cases. Of those that are under 50 years old only 0.5% have died. If there are no underlying medical conditions (UMCs) present only 0.06% have died.

No one under the age of 20 that has tested positive for COVID-19 has died. Of positive tests for those under thirty only 0.08% have died. If there is no UMCs present only 0.02% haved died. Those under the age of 30 account for 36% of positive cases in the state and 0.91% of all deaths from COVID-19 in New Mexico. Those under 30 with no UMCs present account for 0.3% of all deaths in the state.
