Bernalillo (59), Lea (27) and Dona Ana (23) counties had the most new cases. There were 7 counties with more than 10 new cases. Bernalillo (146), McKinley (236) and San Juan (189) account for 78% of all deaths in New Mexico.

Socorro and bordering counties: Socorro County 75/6 (22 active cases), Catron 5/1 (3 active case), Cibola 391/19 (180 active cases), Lincoln 161/2 (127 active cases), Sierra 36/1 (24 active cases), Torrence 63/1(36 active cases) , Valencia 474/4 (274 active cases)

De Baca is the only county to have had no cases of COVID-19.

Hispanics/Latinos make up 43% of positive and Native Americans make up 33% of positive cases in New Mexico.

Those over the age of 50 make up 89% of the deaths from COVID-19 while making up only 31% of all cases. Of those that are under 50 years old only 0.49% have died. If there are no underlying medical conditions present only 0.062% have died.

No one under the age of 20 that has tested positive for COVID-19 has died. Of positive tests for those under thirty only 0.081% have died. Those under the age of 30 account for 36% of positive cases in the state and 0.95% of all deaths from COVID-19 in New Mexico.

85% of those that have died from COVID-19 also had underlying medical conditions.
