These are the latest COVID-19 statistics for New Mexico:

Bernalillo (29) and Dona Ana (11) counties were the only counties with more than 10 new cases. Bernalillo (132), McKinley (233) and San Juan (186) account for 77% of all deaths in New Mexico.

Socorro and bordering counties: Socorro County 75/6 (22 active cases), Catron 6/1 (5 active case), Cibola 381/19 (176 active cases), Lincoln 157/2 (129 active cases), Sierra 34/1 (26 active cases), Torrence 63/1(37 active cases) , Valencia 464/4 (282 active cases)

De Baca is the only county to have had no cases of COVID-19.

Hispanics/Latinos make up 43% of positive and Native Americans make up 34% of positive cases in New Mexico.

Those over the age of 50 make up 89% of the deaths from COVID-19 while making up only 31% of all cases. Of those that are under 50 years old only 0.49% have died. If there are no underlying medical conditions present only 0.07% have died.

No one under the age of 20 that has tested positive for COVID-19 has died. Of positive tests for those under thirty only 0.083% have died. Those under the age of 30 account for 36% of positive cases in the state and 0.97% of all deaths from COVID-19 in New Mexico.

85% of those that have died from COVID-19 also had underlying medical conditions.
