Bernalillo (131), Dona Ana (56), San Juan (51), Santa Fe (36), Sandoval (33), McKinley (28), Lea (25), Otero (23), Valencia (23), Rio Arriba (21), Luna (20), Chaves (19), Eddy (13), and Cibola (11) counties all had more than ten cases.

Socorro and bordering counties: Socorro County 1,124/47 deaths (369 active cases), Catron 71/3 (25 active cases), Cibola 2,592/98 (668 active cases), Lincoln 1,443/14 (594 active cases), Sierra 669/43 (230 active cases), Torrance 597/11 (241 active cases), Valencia 5,795/82 (2,277 active cases.) There have been 505 cases in zip code 87801 (City of Socorro.) The number of active cases is unknown.

Those over 70 years old make up 8.11% of all positive cases in NM while accounting for 61% of all deaths in the state. The case fatality rate for those over 70 is 14.07%.

Those under the age of 50 make up 9.71% of the deaths from COVID-19 while making up 69% of all cases. Of those that are under 50 years old only 0.26% have died. Those under 50 with no UMCs make up 2.14% of all deaths in New Mexico.
